WIPP continues to broaden the range and number of events offered to its members.

On January, 22nd, at the exclusive Sports Club/LA in San Francisco, WIPP co-hosted its first ever circulation lunch workshop ("What's Working in Circulation for 2003") with WFMA (Western Fulfillment Management Association). The event proved to be a big success attracting over 30 circulation professionals and a diverse group of panelists. Speakers included Barbara Besser, Circulation Director of Yoga Journal, Randy Robertson, Senior VP of Paradysz Matera, Cathy Henry, Senior Circulation Manager at CMP Media, and moderator, John Rockwell, VP of Operations at Paperloop, Inc.

After facing a challenging year in 2002, circulators were hungry for new ideas and inspirations to get started on the right foot in 2003. This interactive and thought provoking event delved into various areas of circulation including newsstand, online subscription marketing, direct mail, and digital distribution. All attendees received a free one-day pass to the sports club -- a nice perk for coming to the event!
